Some bodybuilders might be able to accomplish this, but mostly this structure becomes more shapely, not larger, as you work the muscles. The smaller gluteal muscles, the medius and minimus, are very important muscles to strengthen to improve balance.Slide 1 has 6 glute exercises to improve your runs and most are not technically difficult, but initially difficult when the muscle are weak.
