FAT BURNING
This blog post from MyFitnessPal.com, "What Type Of Exercise Burns the Most Fat?" has one of those headlines that grabs the attention of many who want to make sure our workouts help us become or remain lean. It's possible to read the article quickly and get the message, that author Jessica Sanders presents through reporting the results of research, that a mixed workout may be best for "fat burning" especially if strength training precedes the cardio session. This information may change the order of my routine on some, but not all days. There is also a section with specific exercises for high intensity interval training (HIIT) if you are interested in metabolic training. There are links to exercise video demonstrations.
