THIS WEEK INCLUDES A TEMPO RUN OPTION!
On Thursday you can include a tempo run if you feel you have built a good running base over the past several months. This would be running 3-4 times a week and feeling that 6 miles is comfortable distance to run. See the March 25, 2016 BLOG post for information on TEMPO RUNS.
