Can you believe you will be running 3 miles at the end of the week? If you started with the Turkey Trot Training Plan you have been at this for 8 weeks. It's a Christmas present to yourself that you started then and can open early! Maybe you have started to see a difference in how you feel and look compared with the time you were not training. At the very least you should be feeling proud and accomplished. You also should be realizing that you have enough experience to tailor the plan to fit your needs.
